Sun Unlimited Call and Text - Combo10 or CTC10

It's been quite a while since the last time I used this load conversion/unlimited. I ran out of credits and I only have less than 15. Thing is I forgot how to it, I have to search through google to look for it. So since this is my memory bank, Ill post it here.
